About Us

MAHD HAUS has been in the works for a bunch of years now. It has had many iterations, different names, and different goals that drove it, but now I think its ready for the world to see.

I have always loved doing arts, crafts, and anything that involved making things with my hands. However I was never good at one specific thing, like most artists seem to be. It disheartened me for a long time while I searched for that one thing I was good at. Until it dawned on me that can don’t need to be fantastic at one thing to be ‘an artist’ I can be good at a lot of things and still bear that title.

Thus the tagline for MAHD HAUS was born ‘A little bit of everything’. Hopefully in the future I will have just that, a little bit of everything. For now I have the things I have been working on most recently, earrings, crocheting, photography, and other random crafts. I enjoy very much learning and teaching myself new skills and techniques and I am happy that I finally have a spot to display all those learnings and offer some of them up for sale. My hope is to create new things all the time, revisit projects or ideas that I have loved doing in the past, and maybe inspire people to go and try that ‘thing’ you’ve been wanting to do forever.
